First make sure everyone is safe, then call 911. You have the right to request a preferred towing company, so ask them to send J & L Towing and Recovery. We work with local law enforcement to clear the scene quickly and safely. When we arrive, we’ll assess the situation, recover your vehicle and any belongings that may have ended up outside your car as a result of the accident. We’ll then transport your vehicle and belongings to our secure storage facility until you or your insurance company has the opportunity to retrieve them.
