Towed vehicles are transported to our secure, licensed storage facility in Upper Marlboro. Vehicle owners are provided with clear instructions on how to reclaim their car, including the location of our facility, hours of operation, and any applicable fees. As the property owner, you are not responsible for any of those costs — that falls entirely on the vehicle owner.
